Yoga in Classe: the Method

Attentive students in 10 minutes

Simple and practical life skills exercises to improve your students’ Concentration, Self-discipline, Awareness and Relaxation Skills

Yoga in Classe is the first Yoga method for primary school teachers that explains step by step how to improve students’ concentration, self-discipline, awareness and relaxation skills.

Thanks to the practical and simple Yoga in Classe exercises you can immediately see tangible improvements in your students on many types of dysfunctional behaviors such as:

  • Agitation and restlessness
  • Lack of concentration
  • Maladaptive behaviors
  • Difficulty in acquiring transversal skills
  • Distracting mistakes
  • Demotivation

Yoga in Classe is to be practiced between the desks, with shoes, without a mat, it does not ask you to have previous experiences in Yoga. Furthermore, thanks to the practical tutorials that you will show to your students you can immediately start teaching.

Unlike other courses on Life skills that are too often theoretical and impractical, Yoga in Classe is helping many teachers to obtain excellent results with their students by concretely improving the performance of their teaching.

Below is one of the many reviews of our Yoga in Classe Italian students.

The Yoga in Classe Teacher Training is working to introduce the method in the United Kingdom and has decided to offer 12 free training courses in order to review and publish the results obtained with English students.

We are, therefore, selecting 12 primary school teachers in the UK who take up the mission of the School and are willing to experiment the method with their children. The selected teachers will benefit from:

  • Training: 9 hours of training (3 live webinars)
  • Teaching material: Original and continuously updated teaching material (google classroom platform)
  • Video tutorial to show to children (learning by doing mode)
  • Support: Constant and personal support of the UK tutor

The candidate teacher may at any time drop out of the course upon communication to their Tutor.
